Hi,
as per the Ril Jio welcome offer, i have generated the code following all the conditions, Now when i went to the store they claim the code is already been redeemed.
This is a fraud and RIL should fix this issue, their servers are hacked i believe. they should block the SIMs who have misused the Bar code

Please help me to get the solution

    I PRODUCED RIL JIO SIM BAR-CODE NO. 55582922600 FROM MY NEW SMART 4G PHONE ON MONDAY 10/10/2016,WHEN I WENT TO GET NEW RIL JIO SIM THE SHOPKEEPER TOLD ME THAT THIS BAR-CODE IS ALREADY REDEEMED, I WAS SHOCKED TO KNEW THIS BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE MY PHONE TO ANYBODY.SO PLEASE BLOCKED THIS BAR-CODE AND ISSUE ME A NEW BAR-CODE TO GET NEW JIO SIM.

    I went to jio store and asked for sim card . they entered my adhar no . i put my finger print there afterwards they scan my bar code and said already used. it means someone unknown is using my code. bt hw is it possible? i dint share it with anyone. My bar code no is 55562646454.
    Please help me in this regards.

    Please deactivate that sim issued.and help me to get SIM

    Sir I have upload reliance my jeo app and find following bar code 366425072385583. When I went to retailer for my jeo sim the retailer told me that above said bar code has used and sim will be activate soon. Although I have not taken any sim for above said bar code.
