Raised a complaint about Network Signal problem airtel post paid

Hi Team,

I have raised a complaint about Signal problem with Reference # 70356948 on 15 July 2016.
I got a call from Network team saying that they will come back on this by EOD, however no one has turned up.
Can any one turn up on this, as my calls are frequently getting dropped.
