Not Activating Reliance JIO SIM and misleading general public by giving vague advertisement.

I Vikas Sharma, Advocate, purchased a JIO SIM on 02.09.2016 with ICCID No.89918540400011408073, IMSI No.405854001037105, at Hyderabad. The seller is dragging the activation day by day and blaming that Reliance Jio that Reliance JIO is simply advertising that they are providing free service upto 31.Dec,2016 but reliance is not going to activate the SIM.The Seller "QMAKS Mobile World" near Malakpet Total Gas, Malakpet, Hyderabad charged Rs.150/- and collected copy of Adhar card and Driving License along with one color photo and now saying that wait till activation or if you don't want activation you can deactivate SIM by again submitting copy of ID proof as the JIO is not activating the sim and it will take time and he cannot assure
how much time it will take.

Please take necessary steps against JIO for MISLEADING THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
