Complain to RELIANCE Bill being forwarded even though they Broadband connect surrender requested

Sir/Madam,
1. KINDLY HELP ME REFUND OF PAYMENTS MADE AND INSTRUCT ​ RELIANCE TO KINDLY STOP HARASSING ME PLs
2. I had requested reliance to surrender and disconnect my BB connection in Jul end due to my transfer. I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED LONG BACK AND PHONE IS NOT IN USE . THE SAME WAS INTIMATED TO CUSTCARE IN JUL AND IN AUG TOO.

3. I Have been intimating customer care by email and by IVRS and executives at calls centres. But I am still being sent the bills and threatened by Reliance agents.

4. I have been intimating them since JUL/ AUG 2016, regarding surrender of my Reliance broadband connection with ​cust ID 340574956464 WITH LANLINE NUMBER AS 02030720553 AT PUNe.

The connection is not in use since Aug 2016 as I have moved out from Pune. Inspite of repeated communications, your office is sending bills to me for period Jul , Aug for which I have not used the connection services.

PLS DIRECT THEM TO NOT SEND ME THE BILLS
