False information given by reliance customer care representetive

yesterday i call to reliance customer care regarding 4G up-gradation of my reliance GSM number 8055951255, representative told me that i can upgrade my GSM number in 4G and it will not affect any plan of my number. but now after upgrading my number i get to know that my plan has been changed due to 4G upgradation. i called to customer care that i got false information and requested to give my previous plann which i use to have before my 4G upgradation but they are not listning my words. i dont want any refund of my up-gradation, i just want my previous service which was from 6 years and that is revised due to false information given
