Dear Team,
My Name is Suhel Kazi from Pune.
I have been using Tata Docomo postpaid service for my cell number 9920903877. By some network issues I had ported my number to Idea. The outstanding amount I have paid from my side. During this process in last bill I had paid 147 Rs excess amount in March 2016 and this amount was promised by Tata Docomo services to be refund within 60 days. From onward even after the continues follow up with Tata Docomo customer care I haven't received the cheque amount. More over this when I warned them about complaint in Jago Grahak they have Diverted the call on Tata Docomo help line number 18902665555 form my number(9920903877). This help line number is reachable from other numbers.

I don't want my money , but I request you please listen them a good lesson. They are a big cheater.
