Unwanted charges complain for Vodafone outgoing services including netpack

hi,

this is to inform you that,

1) Vodafone had disconnected my outgoing services including netpack on around 15june16, but they charging me for full monthly net pack of 175Rs.

2) the said netpack was approved to me as a special customers as was using postpaid service from long back, they said gthey will charge me Rs150/month fo 2g 1GB netpack. they did this for few months and again they suddenly changed charges to Rs175/Month without asking me.

3) Once i was activated 2GB unlimited* netpack. and onetime i crossed my usage beyond 2GB and they charged me 600 Rs as downloading charge.
