मै आपको बताना चाहता हू की, मेरा वोडाफ़ोन से रिलायंस नंबर पोर्ट दिंनाक १६/०४/२०१६ को हुवा सिम सेवा शुरू हुई, फिर १०/०५/२०१६ – १७/०५/२०१६ तक इनकमिंग और आउटगोइंग कॉल बंद किये गए मैंने दोबारा डॉक्यूमेंट भेजे आज तक मैंने तीन बार डॉक्यूमेंट भेज चूका हू फिर भी मेरा सिम २१/०५/२०१६ बंद हो गया उसमे नेटवर्क नहीं दिख रहा (इनकमिंग और आउटगोइंग कॉल बंद हो गए) कस्टमर केयर कॉल लगाने के बाद कहते है की आपका सिम एक्टिवेट है| लेकिन उसमे नेटवर्क नाही आया मैंने एच.के.इंटरप्राइजेज शॉप नं –०३, पुजा काम्प्लेक्स, अमरावती रोड. दत्तवाडी, वाडी यह नागपुर रिलायंस स्टोर मे डॉक्यूमेंट २२/०५/२०१६ भेजे आज ३१/०५/२०१६ तक उन्होनें मेरा काम नहीं किया कहते है आज करता परसों करता लेकिन आजतक नहीं किया | नंबर बंद होने के कारण मेरे महत्वपूर्ण Transaction का one time password(OTP) संदेश प्राप्त नहीं हो सके, इस कारण मेरे व्यवहार भारी नुकसान हुवा है|
मैंने amolsjb.1992@gmail.com इस मेल से customercare@relianceada.com और rcomappellateauthority.MH@relianceada.com को ईमेल किया लेकिन उन्होंने मेल का जवाब नहीं दिया
