Reliance force to purchase new device Rs899 to continue with their new 4g services

I am receiving messages from RM-RELIANCE about my 4G data card is reserved. get 4G sim from nearest RCOM store.
Since I am not interested in 4G now and not planning for it. Hence I didn't reply any messages or did not reached to any RCOM store.

On May 26,2016 I received an message again telling that

"Dear Customer, we will soon dispatch your 4G SIM. On Receipt dial 1299 and regiister for 4G upgrade service."

And my internet get stopped. it is showing no network on device (blinking Red light) also no network on Rcom GUI portal when I use to attach on my machine.

When i have visited Reliance gallery their representative told that your service is stopped & you will have to purchase new device at Rs899 to continue with upgraded 4 G services.
Else you wont get any services.
When i asked about device i have purchased earlier they said its none of use now & u will have to purchase new device .
I am suffering cause of this issue.. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. and make sure you are not counting anything in my bill (from May 26,2016 until the issue is getting resolved). I loss my connectivity on 26th May due to which I was unable to do my daily routine office work & causing mental harrashment .
