DISCONNECTING OF POST PAID CONNECTION OF IDEA

Hi,I have been an IDEA postpaid User for more than 3 months with number 07052255444 and 07052299444. In September i was leaving the jhansi (UP) and asked the customer care executive to discontinue my POSTPAID connection. He refused that i can not disconnect my connection he told me that you will carry out this connection minimum six month.
you are requested to please disconnect my post paid connection.
