Misguided service from Vodafone India.

Dear Sir,

I have done Mobile number portability from Airtel to Vodafone as a family plan with guidance from Vodafone person who came at my desk in HRD office, Ballart Estate,

As guided by Vodafone person, whichever documents he has asked we have submitted, for address verification too ,a person from vodafone has verified the adress with family person's presence.

later repeatedly all family members service was deactivating or disconnecting for insufficient documents or non-verified documents.

Later again we went to Vodafone gallery as guided by Vodafone officials to re-verify documents but then too services are disconnected by Vodafone.

the above problem is very frustrating and causing a lot disturbance as this wasted our valuable time for 15 days.
