Reliance Shut down CDMA without intimation

My mother has a Reliance CDMA no 9325048846 and another GSM no by another provider she wanted to use both in the same phone therefore I purchased ZTE Blade Handset worth which holds a GSM and a CDMA card after consulting in Reliance Franchise gallery Shree Kashtbhajan Enterprises at Chakala on 30/12/15 after that Reliance suddenly closed the CDMA service without any notification Now my SIM card is not working and Reliance is saying that Now I have to get a GSM SIM which will render my new phone useless and I believe Reliance should have intimidiated me before closing there CDMA service, hope now they will give me clarity.
