Telecom Complaint regrading getting suffered by calling problems of jio telecom services

i brought lyf phone before two months with jio telecom services. now i am getting the problems regarding calling.
calls are not getting connect and low data speed as well. i gave the complain to customer service center and everytime i am getting the same answer that work is in progress. till i am facing the problems again and again. because of this bad network service i lost many of my work assignments. kindly help me with this and give me justice.
