7 months complaint about Vodafone unresolved after complaining 8 times

I user of Vodafone,complaining to company since last 8 months regarding poor data and network service but ever time assured that it will be resolved but no improvement. After paying for 3g services 2g service isn't available. Apart my place is right in center of nagpur city in mahal area.
Apart network is also poor,and every time I am assured that it will be resolved soon within 15 20 days.
Went till nodal office but still no improvement
Kindly look into the issue
