This is Prof. Avadhut Ekal i have Idea postpaid card 9665303709. We have corporate plan of Idea in our institute.
I have got bill of 1150 of month sept and 1147 of month oct Total 2375. I called customer care number and told this things lot of times. Idea executives told me they will do it. But no respond yet from them.
Lots of time they told me that some services are active on my number. But i told them i never had activated any service on my number. And i will not deactivate them.
First time i got message about that service on date 05sept2016 i had called 198 and told them to deactivate them. But no respond yet.
Now idea executives are ask only for bill. Not solving my problems. Lots of peoples in our institute are facing same problems regarding bills.
