Aircel prepaid Service activated automatically

I'm using Aircel prepaid on which one service was automatically activated without asking. It cost me initially 35/- & auto renewed by again charging 35/-. I logged a complain on Aircel Site so they deactivated the service but they didn't returned my money. I neither subscribed that service nor used, so I'm expecting my money from Aircel, but customer care is denying for that.
