Unfair way of charging customer

What a consumer generally do. He select a product and if it is affordable then he buys it. What if after buying and making full payment for the product, the shopkeeper ask ro pay more. This is the same thing happening nowadays with these ola services.

The fare for last two rides were completely unfair. First they reflect a certain amount for your ride and after you make the payment, they ask more in cash.

And if you compliant about the same, they shamelessly credit 4-5 rupees.

This is unfair way of doing the business which should not be tolerated.

Strict action should be taken and an example should be set to warn these type of companies.
