Respected Sir,

This is is to inform you that ola cab has charged higher(almost double) and refused to invoice with price break up. Its customer's right in any case they have to provide me INVOICE with price break up , this was banned by raising an objection by many customers in bangalore in Delhi also, its illegal.

2 points that need to be noted

1)Over Charging BY OLA CABs (it does not matter you call it Upfront or whatever(Surge) )

2)Refused to provide me tax invoice with price break up ,

They charged me Rs369 but not giving me the invoice mentioning the price break up like, how much for per km or so they have charged me.

Please look into this complaint.
