Taxi Complaint Complaint Date: August 25, 2018
Ola Taxi driver misbehaved with me and attacked me in night. Forced me to leave taxi even after booking.
Name of taxi driver was manoj gupta and taxi number was DL1RTA 1861.
I registered a complaint in OLA and they informed me that driver has been suspended for 24 hours.
But company is not giving me anything in written that what investigation company did in that matter and what disciplinary action company took against taxi driver who attacked me in night.
