My money got deducted twice from Google Pay and I had to pay in cash too

Yesterday when I booked my Ola cab for a ride from Malkaganj Chowk , Delhi to Anand Vihar Railway Station at 09:23 pm against CRN number : 3342583031 and used Google Pay to pay for my cab.
As soon as I clicked on pay after getting in the cab it went to pending stage , I retried again and it was pending. Two times the fare got deducted that is 2*217 rupees fare but till the journey got over, the payment didn't happen and was pending. The driver forced me to pay in cash and I had to. In total 652 rupees got in vain whereas only 217 should have deducted. I tried to contact Ola over the last 10 hours but no proper customer care number and ola paying no heed to any feedback stuff. The pending amount got transferred to ola successfully. Therefore I am clearly rejected by this and want my extra money back under any situation.
