The driver left the trip in between and Ola is denying

Dear Ola Team,
I am writing this mail being thoroughly disappointed by the service offered by you and hoping that you rectify the same
I had booked a cab on 28th June having CRN 5410666228 .The driver stopped midway and left me in the middle of a deserted road. And I was alone on the road with all my luggage
I asked the driver then and there itself that why should I pay for this ride if you have left me like this, he said no ma’am you will be refunded back within 24 hours
When I wasn’t refunded my amount after 24 hrs I called the customer care support and they told that the driver told them that he left me because I asked him to wait for 24 hrs. And yes after 2 days when I called again they said driver is saying he left me where I told him to, 2 different answers on 2 different days!
And here is the proof that nothing like that happened (which your driver is telling)
I had booked another cab CRN 5410757446 through your app the very next minute which dropped me to my destination.
Your driver don’t even have any proof of what story he is telling, I am giving here you the proof also!
If the driver dropped me to my location I am willing to pay for that ride but why should I pay for a ride that left me helpless and unsafe in between of a road
The payment for that ride was made through ola money postpaid, because of the unresolved issue, as you are not refunding my amount for that ride I am not able to pay my Ola money postpaid bill of the month of June
Plus you are spreading my number and putting it on auto dial and your collection agents are calling me throughout the day and giving threats.
Spreading my number is an infringement of my right to privacy itself which you are deliberately doing.
