I booked the Cab on 19th June 2018 and i was travelling with 6 people and 2 kids. Driver drove the car rashly. The driver dropped me before my drop point and argued saying i cannot drop you because i don't have a U turn to the point and later started arguing stating we were 8 people. i told him you should have told before we could get in the cab. He forced us to get down and used slangs in local language. I was travelling with my parents and we had to walk to the station with my elderly parents.
When i called OLA, i spoke to a person by the name Rajesh, when i told him the above scenario, He said you shouldn't have traveled with 8 people, you should have traveled only with 6 people, and we cant help you. When i asked him what about driver dropping us at different location, Rajesh repeated same thing again stating we were 8 people and the cab was only for 6 people. I informed him there were 2 kids, and if driver had any issues with that he should have not allowed us to board at starting point. He shouldn't have created an issue on the half way through. I want a full refund for the same and a strict action needs to be taken on the driver and OLA representative Rajesh. I told him i will complain to the Police, rajesh said, you can go ahead and complain to the police and give us the FIR number.
This was pathetic experience with OLA cab. They are the worst at customer service. OLA Phone number 080-67350900

    Rude and Rash Driving of Ola Cab Driver by Kiran Marla:

    I was driving at Peddamma Temple, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, in the middle lane of road. The Ola cab driver was driving at right extreme lane, close to road divider, hardly finds a gap of car. Suddenly he overtook my car and took left turn in front of my car, resulting a dent at right side bumper

    He stopped ahead and found his car has no damage and rudely said to me this not my fault and yours. On being confronted, the Ola cab driver started shouting and giving slangs.

    The car number is: TS10UB4942. The incident took place around 11:00am on 21-Jul-2018.

    I hope some strict action is taken against such ruthless drivers. Looking forward to a strict prompt response from your end.
