Consumer complain about OLA Cab services Share Pass

Ola has introduced Share Pass which I came to know that it is just a means of fooling consumers. I was lured theflat fare of 60 rs for 8 kms, beyond that the micro fares are applicable.
I bought share pass knowing very well that the distance i will be traveling is 9.4 km(mind you this distance is showed as per google maps after exactly pin pointing the locations that I am to be picked up and dropped at, the same google map that Ola uses). I was expecting my fare to be just the fare for extra 1.4 km since 8 kms was covered under share pass that I bought for 250 rs.
To my surprise Ola charged me for 9.4 km and deducted the money from my ola money!. When I contacted customer care they said the distance was 12.7 kms!! how on earth was it possible when the same google maps was showing me the distance as 9.4 km and it was the same route the ola driver took as shown in the map

To add to that the fare was more than the normal share rides that i used to be charged before purchasing the Share pass!!

This way Ola is not only fooling people by charging twice though Share pass, their share pass for flat 60 rs upto 8km is a total gimmick.

I could not cancel my sharepass as well since the customer care refused citing terms and conditions which is so easy to miss in the OLA App.

Utterly disappointed!!
