DELAY AND CANCELLATION OF CONFIRMED RIDE

Dear Sir Madam
Am the regular OLA cab user and booked the cab on 17th august 2016 in the morning using OLA app I got the message immediate after the confirmation of my ride that Nitin mob no 9886995392 is on the way to your location in a silver indica KA02AD811 After 10 to 15 minutes I called Mr Nitin on the aforementioned mobile number Then Mr Nitin asked me where do you want to go sir then I replied i need to go to Majestic which is 25kms Mr Nitin denied to come and initiated the ride cancellation
After 10 to 20 minutes I got the msg from OLA that your ride has been assigned to Mr Yogesh 9901572640 then I called Mr Yogesh again he asked where is the drop location which road do you take you take the flyover road which is chargeable and borne by passenger or you take the regular road and said if you take flyover I will come or else i do not come and cancelled the ride
Finally got a msg from OLA that Sorry We could not find a cab at your location for your pickup time Pls check the OLA app again
This is ridicules and unacceptable Who given the driver that much leniency and freedom
What made the OLA company to send the msg after 2 ride confirmations that he could not find the cabs
The drivers are denying the long distances traffic areas bad roads and others Even though OLA collects the ride time charges of Rs 1 for every minute of ride
Due to this bonus schemes just to meet the targets drivers are rash negligent and unprofessional behavior
This is not first time for me it happens in the past as well
Our father of our nation the great Mr MK Gandhi said CUSTOMER IS A KING If he was alive I would definitely said that Mr Gandhi you are wrong
Due to the above delay after delays am late by an hour to meeting with SBI bank DGM and our director This will impacts deligency of my work and the attitude towards work
This will impacts my promotions and my appraisals and it will leads to termination of job
Based on the consequences explained above I demand Rs 1000000 rupees Ten lakhs from the OLA as a relief and compensation Also this complaint should teach the OLA a lesson and beware of customers
