Complaint against Ola cab services is charging unfair price.

Recently Ola has come up with Ola share pass. If we purchase that pass, Ola promises flat Rs. 50 for 15 kms ride and they say, micro fare is applicable after 15 kms.

I usually avail this Ola share service. The distance between my home to my office is 16.5 kms.

For first 2 rides after purchasing the pass, Ola charged me Rs. 55 per ride. But, from yesterday they started charging more than Rs 100 for the same distance.

When I asked for the calculation, Ola says the travel distance is 20.94 kms and they say its system driven and cannot help here.

My concern is, it seems they intentionally tweaked their system to capture longer route than the short route in order to make money.

This is absolute cheating.

They should not come up with sweet offers and then cheat innocent customers.

Please take action against them.
