Sir, I had booked OLA auto for two times on April 7th 2021 for two times around 400pm at the same place. Both the driver didn't come. Till Friday 2 July, no cancellation fee was reflecting on OLA app. After taking a ride on 2 July 2021 two cancellation fees are reflecting. This is unfair to charge me for those cancellations.
