I have filed a complaint (#268183679) with OLA Cabs for excess fare charged during last week from airport to Whitefield in Bangalore. They promised to refund INR 552 and asked for some documents which I have already submitted. It's been more than a week however they haven't processed the amount plus not responding to my emails which I dropped to them multiple times enquiring for refund. Kindly look into it and penalize them for providing inefficient services and cheating with their loyal customers.
