Regarding Fraud by ola cab and misbehaved by driver

Humble request for take action against my complain . I travelled 83 km meerut to delhi . Estimated fare was 1132 only it can bs 1200 . But I reached my destination the fare was 2049 and km was 146 . It shocked me and it can never be and I called customer care services they talked me nd driver but couldn't solve the problem and said the driver to call the police. I didn't do crime .It humiliated me . I was feeling guilty . Being a single lady if I go without giving him fare what can be you can imagine. Sir I Regularly I book ola , you can check it by my number ..My number is this 9528301034 and my complain number is below. I adjust always with ola facilities . And the other issue driver id nd driver which is in photo not same. Driver name was Jatin ..Sir, he strongly said I didn't pay he will not let me go...This is shameful sir.
Customer executive advised him to call the police . Can listen the recording he was also saying it can be only 94 km but customer didn't solved my problem I challenge to ola go with me on same route and the km only can be 90 not more than it ..But 146 ..And the behaved they did with me ... I am afraid again may be I will never book ola after this incident . I will not suggest for a single lady ...It is better for me to hire the taxi ..

2nd incident I didn't complain before can check Entry tax in delhi 100 mcd tax increased 200 ..Sir how can it be possible ..
I never complain but I will complain ...
And not solved yet in ticket resolved ..
