Dear concern,
I booked an outstation ride using ola from Delhi to Khushkhera on 28th january,2021.
During the ride, the cab broke down so driver ended the trip midway and asked me to pay him full amount which was Rs-2187.
I called ola customer service and they sent me revised fare of Rs-1200.
I paid the Driver a total of Rs-1600(1100 using google pay and 500 cash) which included state taxes and toll charges.
Next time when i was booking a ride using ola, it was showing me Rs-1200 outstanding and i wasn't able to book ride.
So, i called service centre, they said we will clear this outstanding in 2 working days but they didn't do it and instead closed my complaint without resolving it.
I again called them, then they asked me to clear that Rs-1200 amount and share bank details for refundpromised that they will give refund as they can't undo the billing but they can provide a refund.
So, i cleared that due amount,
But now its over a month have passed,
Everytime i call ola service centre, they register my complain and say your amount will be refunded in 2working or 3 working days or 5to 7 days etc and close my complaint without giving me my refund.
I have attached both screenshots one in which i have paid driver on 28th january and other in which i paid ola.
