I booked a cab for outstation travel from Way India Travel Services from Hotel Aman International located in Paharganj Delhi. At the time of booking cab the travel agent told us that charge of Rs 12/km would be charged for the travel with minimum charges for 250kms. But after our return the agent charged us for minimum of 400km whereas the actual running of vehicle was 338Kms. He was very rude and rigid that we eould have to pay for minimum 400kms and forced us to pay the same. Strict action must be taken against such agents for protection of tourists as well as from customer view point.
