I had booked ola cab on 21st March 2020 from Noida to Jalandhar while i was booking it showed me the amount of approx 7900 but after completing the ride ola system generated the bill of amount 9241 that i had paid to the driver.
After i checked the bill i noticed that they had added extra ride time of 8 hours and for that they charged extra of 800 rs and due of that taxes were also added extra in my bill.
With continuous follow-up with them they are just sending me the automated mail that the bill is automatically generated bt their high precision system neither they are trying to understand this nor they are arranging a call with their higher authority.
Please look into this matter i have attached the supporting bills for the same.
