Cancelled the booking and overcharging

I have booked a Prime Sedan Ola cab by CNR No. 514435393 in morning for 2 PM on 1.1.2017 for Ajmeri gate Railway Station to board my Mumbai Rajdhani train. After near about 2 PM, Ola Cab refused despite I have requested many time that my train will miss. But they have cancelled my booking.
After that I again booked mini Ola cab CNR No. 514734330, which was few yards away from my place and showing six minute to reach to me.
When I reached the station, my train was left the New Delhi Railway Station. I have not step down from the cab and I came back to my residence.
Ola has charged Rs. 2516/- for only 65 KM. This include Rs. 1315.20/- as Fare Increase.
I have suffered to much due to the deficiency of Ola as:
1. My train was missed and I suffered Railway ticket amount.
2. I could not reach Mumbai and suffered my work.
3. Suffered 1325.20 as fare increase.
4. Harassment and waste of time.
