Overcharged without any confirmation, want to raise a complaint against Ola Cabs

Hello,
I just want to raise a complaint against Ola Cabs. Yesterday, On 5 July 2017, At 10:20 Am i booked a Cab From Ujjwal Deep Public School, Sangam Vihar, khora Colony, Ghaziabad to CASA infrabuilder and developers pvt. Ltd, indirapuram.

And they show me the ride fare of 66 Rs and i applied a code Rs 50 then it will show me 14 Rs to paid after the trip....

When i finished the trip they show me Rs 119 bill...
I was shocked....

They automatically added the Toll....

Is it right ??

After that they said it is right.... Toll will be add on this route....

So why u don't shown me that time when i was booking....
