OLA Cabs Complain Deducted excessive amount from Wallet

I recharged with Ra. 999 on 07.01.1019, traveled upto 11.01.19 and spend rs.666.
Now balance should be Rs. 333 as on 11.01.2019.
I again recharged with Rs. 599 on 21.01.2019, The total balance should be Rs. 932. I traveled for rs 45 and 42 on 21.01.2019. The total balance in my account should be Rs. 845, But the balance is only Rs. 196.
This is highly disgusting, and non acceptable. You resolve the issue immediate and refund amount of Rs.649/- back to my Ola money wallet again and deactivate OLA Post paid service..
Otherwise I will go to the Consumer court for the same.
