Fraud about committed fare, I purchased Uber Ride Pass for which my fare for the ride should be 119

I purchased Uber Ride Pass for which my fare for the ride should be 119 rupees. But for the entire month I was charged more than 119 and Uber is denying reversal of extra amount I was charged for. They have confirmed that they charge Overage and Surge fees which becomes invisible while booking. As per the latest circular from government surge fees was expected to be removed. Now Uber is charging Surge fees which doesn't reflect in the application at the time of booking but when I raised a complaint, two of the officials confirmed of Surge fees in my fare for the entire month. I also have recording for these calls. I want compensation against this harassment and time wastage. Another incident, when I was charged extra for driver being negligent and took me to Delhi instead of Noida. This entire route was being checked by Uber but in the end I was charge Noida and Delhi MCD tolls. There is no security with Uber, but dissatisfaction.
