Hello Sir/Madam
I had purchased a LED LANTERN for 440rs online from ShopClues.com website, I had paid them the entire amount but they sent a blank box of something else that I do not know. There was no led lantern, just a blank box. I have sent several emails for a refund and they keep on harassing me without refunding. I have sent all pictures too that there was nothing inside. I am poor 440rs is a big amount for me.
Please help to resolve and take suitable action against SHOPCLUES.COM
