Complain For not giving the Gold Coin Vmart, Burdwan

Dear Sir Last night I shopped from Vmart,Burdwan Branch. They offered if anybody shopping Rs.5000 with four part they give a gold coin and as per their rule after shopping I demand the gold coin. But when I submit the product and demand Gold coin they told us that they issued the bill with rs.500 deduction then I asked them that I demand for gold coin why you issued bill with discount and I asked if you do mistake please do revised bill without discount. But they didn't agreed and showed me many reason and also miss behaviour with me. After that I informed to their customers care but till now they not give any reply.
So in this position I would request you please do take proper step to solve this matter.
