Misbehaviour, shortage of book and bag supply

My son studies in Birla high school class 4.According to the school instruction we had to collect the books and school bag from the above address. They nither gave us any invoice nor the list of books.They did not even let us to stand their and check the books and started talking roughly with me. They told us a sort of amount which we needed to pay.When we came back to home and checked the packet given by him we found that the bag was not given to us.when we called him and asked him for a proper invoice he started talking roughly with us and we did not get to know that what was the cost of books or other materials we lose some short of money
