I have ordered online a pair of woodland black casual shoes from woodland worldwide official website on 15/7/2020 payment made through my debit card, order number #2056696. Today is 20/7/2020 till then I'm not getting any shipment update or any emails from there end, Today evening I'm also try to contact there customer care number 011-4154-6474 someone receiving my call but disconnect it before addressing my queries. My concern is they are a worldwide shoe manufacturer and is it thrre customer service? Kindly look into the matter in a serious note.
