My above order was successful after full payment on WONDERCHEF portal (www.wonderchef.in). After waiting for a reasonable time, I started enquiring about status of my order. Wonderchef portal did not do anything other than giving a Delhivery Tracking no. 1100213072683. To my utter dismay, Delhivery Portal could not give any information regarding my order and every time flashed the message : “This Order could not be tracked”!!
hen I repeatedly tried to contact Wonderchef, calling them up, sending mails, Whatsapp messages.. but all in vain. Received no feedback from them though I had prepaid for the product at the time of placing the order.
I don’t know what the hell was going on at their end. Against a prepaid order placed on 22/05/2020, they informed me on 12/06/2020 that the product was being arranged in time; that too, after hitting them so many times.!
Enough is enough; I've already informed them repeatedly (screenshots enclosed), I am no more interested in getting the product from them. I demand FULL REFUND from them IMMEDIATELY, without any more excuse or conversation.
NOW I ALSO CLAIM DEMURRAGE OVER AND ABOVE ORDER VALUE FROM THEM FOR INORDINATE DELAY AND HARASSMENT.
