shopclues accepted the order of Motorola Turbo charger in Lockdown period ie 29th,there was no such slot close due to Lockdown, Even they are sending multiple notification with discount that we are delivering the product....e.t.c, and accepting only payment option no cash in delivery.same did that.But there was no action and reply of Emails and TICKETS raise for update on shipment and no action till 2nd,3rd april.... even after my several call request and emails,Tickets i received a cal from one lady caller from shopclues then i asked her the same,she read the same,then again i asked my concern then she reply"Madam don't irritate others" and then disconnected the call, is highly unethical,unprofessional reply,1st collect the order with fake promise then keep that order & Money for 1 month then cancel it without any action,i.e increasing the current time is a very opportunities way of collection of order, Even after that there is no action, i emailed them that i will filed the complaint against you, then 9th they shows the next step that "they are about to packed after 12 days of placing the order.Again email them then,i received a call fro shopclues that we are cancelling the order then i asked them i already mention that you are going to cancel the order on 15th april but due my multiple emails,tickets and call shopclues informing me 4 days before of delivery date, As 15th APRIL is committed delivery date of my order i placed on 29th March.
I asked him why shopclues giving discounted offer to buy the product,they don't aware about lock down and courier service limitation then on what basis Shopclues given the delivery commitment date, why not you close your slot, as its a electronics item and you are giving the discount,even shopclues still accepting the order with 23red delivery day commitment ,how they can, it is against the consumer rules.. then shopclues had no answer,he asked me to talk nicely....did i asked any thing wrong? No his intention only to disconnect the call,so that he was speaking like that and he disconnected the call,with no update.
Its a serious issue shopclues didn't close its slot other then limited product which is only intention to collect as much order with money should they collect due to lockdown and today also their slot are open with the commitment of 13 days delivery,how they can, Its a Fake commitment and in my order, no delivery or packed details. Strict action should charge against shopclues,so that they stop making the Fake promise and collect customer Money and Waist time.
