Product from snapdeal.com does not even work for 90 days

I have bought a pair of car speakers (JBL CXS697) from snapdeal.com on the 22 of December 2015, which stopped working properly around the 20th of February 2016. A complain regarding the same was placed on the 22 February 2016


When contacted JBL authorized service center for car speakers in Bangalore, they have denied on the warranty of my product since the distributor who shipped the product to me was not listed as per JBL's records

While my run around is on a trial for 3weeks now and none of them, snapdeal.com or JBL is working to fix my issue

I am in a dialema if snapdeal has sent me a geniune product to me, since they always keep saying faithful words when I call there service desk and do not reachout with solution except sending the 7 days trial policy

This a huge cheat and complete loss of trust and money to me, I request for help on the same
