Myntra.com Complaint denying credit to my bank a/c

I had ordered a product from Myntra (Order # 1116298-6449939-1454201 and amount 817). I retuned the product and requested the refund of the order to my bank.
Instead Myntra, has credited the balance to Myntra Credit.

I have raised request for refund which they are denying.

Does this not amount to Fraud of illegally syphoning my cash to their benefit without my approval.
