SnapDeal.com is not returning its Fake mobile battery

Hi sir,
I have bought a samsung mobile battery
Order ID: 12144519932 from snapdeal.It was written in website that battery is original and has manufacturer warranty. I got a battery whose box is tampered and battery was also a fake , when I complained snapdeal about this they told me to go and check at samsung service center and check my battery and ask
samsung personnel to write on paper that battery is fake.

When I went to Samsung service center they told battery is fake and has no warranty , when I asked them to write on paper they refused.

Now when I sent the same information to snapdeal they are telling they will not Refund/Replace until they get written paper from service center.

I went one time to service center wasting my time and money, I did not get any compensation for that. How many times I will run to service centers .
