As we purchased hardsehll suitcase of the company-Pronto from Spar, M.G.Road, Gurgaon on 12/6/17 and we assured carry weight 30 kg., but the international norms not carry more than 23 kg.,but carried only 16-18 kg upon arriving at my vacation destination we added few more cloths and the suitcase completeely went out of shape, the top handle of all the four bags started to bent, it was almost like it will break anytime, with no option at hand in a foreign land we had no option but buy a separate new suitcase for my luggage..My request either they replace my suitcase and give me better quality or give my refund of Rs. 17380/- at an earliest we have already nos. of vissit and complaint while we came back on 9/7/17 but they not listen to me.
