Recieved product without invoice and without accessories

I have purchased a powerbank from ebay and i made online payment when i received the product there is only powerbank not received the charger to charge the powerbank even not recived the invoice or bill also. when i made the complaint the asked to courier back why i should courier it is their's responsibility to pick the product and they reject my claim there is not any courier company near my house if i went to the market to courier there is a time and my money loss who pay for it and if I went to market to courier then why I buy product online

I have received the product without accessories and without invoice. and when i claim for this they reject my claim.
