Hi Team,

I am filling this case behalf of my mother.She had purchased product from Shop CJ on (31st May 2017). I had received defective product from Shop CJ and on the spot I have raised the return request, but I haven't received the positive response from there end. When I called the customer care. They are doing the fake commitment for the same.

I have requested you please take the necessary action on it. As soon as possible.

I will be grateful if you resolve my query as early as possible. Already 2 month past and we haven't received any proper resolution.
