Defected shoes sold in MRP, I bought the shoes for my son on 30 July 2017

I bought the shoes for my son on 30 July 2017 from firstcry outlet @585 rs. Bill is attached from outlet. Today i went to exchange the same as it was defected piece and they denied to exchange or repair it at all. They argued with me and said you can do complaint if you want but we will not change this at all.

I spent money on car patrol of cost around 100 rs to go and show the defected product and no exchange.
Please help. I have attached photo of shoes which is defected which can not be seen by me during purchase.
