Big Scam & Fraud by mydreamshoping.com using ICICI bank Payment Gateway

I got a call from mobile number 959595001 on 9th july 2016 05:18 PM.They said as a promotional offer from mydreamshopping.com if i pay Rs 7999 i will get maximum of 3Nights and 4days of accommodation with complimentary services in listed 3 to 5* Properties all over the India and a smartphone SAMSUNG GALAXY J7.

I asked why you are giving this offer.He said if i make the payment through icici payment gateway,Company will get double amount reward points.

Post that i made the payment through ICICI payment gateway of amount Rs 7999.a verfication call from ICICI payments department confirmed my transaction was successful. i received payment successful mail.

They said once the payment is successful they will share holiday package kit & samsung galaxy J7 mobile shipment way bill numbers.But till now 12th July 2016 there is no response from mydreamshoping.com

If i call their customer care they dont respond.

Now i understand it is a big scam.They cheated me

i have all the telephonic & email recorded conversations

Please suggest can i complain the issue on mydreamshoping.com & ICICI PAYMENT GATEWAY with RBI ombudsman officer & cyber police?

Please provide cyber crime police details.
