I have made a purchase of INR 3,048.50 on order #100024913 on 4/18/2016 on www.zotezo.com which is owned by Neo Retail Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at #53, Chowringhee Road, First Floor, Kolkata – 700 071, West Bengal, India

In spite of several reminders and tickets raised, the company has failed to fulfill the order delivery.

I have made several failed attempts to call to 0810 000 7777.

The website has claimed that it would delivery with 3-7 working days.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days if shipped from a domestic location, and between 9-12 working days if shipped from an international location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and Public Holidays at the source and destination locations. Heavy, bulky, voluminous products or products that cannot be air-shipped due to Govt. regulations are shipped through our surface logistics partners. Such products can take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered.

This is a great example of irresponsible behavior. The consumer is really cheated for their money. My money is stuck with this company who is not claiming any responsibility.

This is my earnest request to please do the needful.

    In spite of several reminders and tickets raised, the company has failed to fulfill the order delivery.
    I used to coordinate with Neeraj Tiwari (Snr Supply Chain) - 933 099 9059 but he asured me that the order will be delivered in a weeks time. But that next week never comes. Now that he has stopped recieving calls I called up on their customer care number where fortunately after trying for weeks a sales person attended the call & repeated the same that the items will be delivered within 2-5 days. She also added that 4 items among the 14 items (amounting to a billing amount on Rs 385) I have ordered belonging to a specific brand can't be delivered due to some issues but didn't tell me how & when they will refund the money. Now among The 14 items I have recieved only 1.Please help me & take necessary actions against such cheat companies
